Job Description

  • Support and taking active participation in new hire orientation
  • Coordinate with IT & Admin department for setting up new hire’s work station
  • Maintain and up-date all records and database of employees including leave records on daily basis
  • Maintain monthly payroll report
  • Process employee’s probation and confirmation cases
  • Support employee relations team in performance management system
  • Assist employees with general HR questions and maintain policies & procedures
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for payroll and Employee health insurance related matters
  • Keep updates of organization’s charts department wise
  • Facilitate employees with exit interviews and clearance formalities
  • Coordinate Employee Relations team with internal employer branding activities
  • Draft Experience letters & Bank Account letters

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent command on reporting skills which address the needs of Employee Relations
  • Excellent English Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Having a persistent and tolerant personality.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills particularly in MS Excel (Advance level user is required)
  • Should be a team player.
  • Should be able to meet deadlines under pressure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 02 - 04 years’ experience in HR as an Employee Relations/HR Generalist role
  • Minimum  (BBA/MBA-HRM) from HEC recognized university 

Note: It's a permanent night shift job. Timings are from 08:00 pm to 05:00 am
