Ow Motors is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of bikes and bike spare parts, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate honesty and punctuality. This role involves engaging with customers in a polite and professional manner, assisting them with their vehicle needs, and contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided to ensure a solid foundation. This position requires at least one year of experience in sales or a related field, with a minimum education level of Matric; candidates with FA qualification will be preferred. The selected individual must be between 22 to 30 years of age and ready to join immediately. The Salesman will work closely with clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate sales reporting to maintain transparency and track performance. This is a frontline role vital to building lasting customer relationships and enhancing the reputation of Ow Motors.
Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide courteous assistance regarding bikes and spare parts.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.
Maintain detailed and accurate sales reports reflecting daily transactions and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with inventory teams to stay updated on available stock and product specifications.
Process customer orders and handle billing with accuracy and professionalism.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and effective manner to ensure resolution.
Adhere to company policies, including attendance, punctuality, and ethical conduct.
Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies and customer service.
Keep informed about competitors' products and market trends to better serve customers.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
