Junior Graphic Designer

Ows Pakistan is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join their team at the Shahrah-e-Faisal location in Karachi. This is an on-site position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, a passion for graphic design, and a keen eye for detail. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to developing compelling visual content that supports both print and digital marketing efforts and helps strengthen the companys brand identity. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging social media designs and maintain content calendars, develop brand identity elements and visual branding materials, and design shop branding and marketing collateral. You will not be managing a team but will be expected to produce creative solutions and execute design work independently under guidance. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, along with an understanding of layer masking, photo compositing, and integrating perspective, lighting, and shadows, are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Create visually appealing social media designs aligned with content calendars to enhance brand presence across digital platforms.
Develop and maintain brand identity elements and visual branding materials ensuring consistency across all marketing campaigns.
Design marketing materials and shop branding collateral for both print and digital formats that effectively communicate promotional messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content tailored for various digital channels and print media.
Apply advanced graphic design techniques, including layer masking and photo compositing, to enhance visual aesthetics.
Integrate perspective, lighting, and shadow effects into designs to create realistic and compelling imagery.
Ensure all design outputs meet project requirements and adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and incorporate innovative design concepts into work.
Support the team with additional design tasks and collaborate on brainstorming sessions to improve overall creative output.
