P2i is seeking a Senior Technical Associate to join our growing technical operations and assist in the designing, planning and coordination of our programmatic activities. You will be working with a core team and a vibrant, multi-disciplinary panel of experts and advisors that combines expertise in health, development, SDGs and design.
As a Senior Technical Associate, you will be:
· Supporting P2i’s work in its ongoing and upcoming activities, projects and specialty focus
· Supporting in developing and reviewing programme strategies and identifying strategic opportunities for expanding P2i’s work in the country
· Enabling the delivery of P2i’s functions and activities by sourcing provision of continuing technical assistance
· Working in close liaison with relevant subject experts to engage for development of high-quality content for reporting through various products and channels
· Undertaking secondary analysis and drafting thematic reports and briefs
· Designing presentations for the reports and findings for high level consultative and policy forums
· Tracking progress and analyses deliverables of the technical assistance agendas to ensure compliance to the defined TORs in close consultation with the relevant experts
· Documenting case studies and developing policy summaries and action briefs
· Engaging in impactful social media management

To qualify to apply for this position, you must have:
· A master's degree in Public Health, Medical Sciences, Community Health Sciences, Public Policy, Social Sciences or relevant discipline
· At least three years of relevant work experience
· Very very high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
· Impeccable research skills
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities;
· A can-do positive attitude;
· Excellent written and oral communication
