We are looking for an HR Officer who will be responsible for preparing, posting, and managing job advertisements across various platforms. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by ensuring all job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned with the company's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards (LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, etc.)
Coordinate with hiring managers to collect and finalize job descriptions
Ensure all job postings are accurate, engaging, and in line with company branding
Monitor job posting performance and optimize for reach and relevance
Respond to applicant queries and provide timely communication during the hiring process
Maintain records of job ads and recruitment activity for reporting purposes
Assist in screening CVs based on job criteria and forward shortlisted profiles to relevant departments
Support HR team in organizing interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or job posting
Familiarity with job boards and online hiring platforms
Strong written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple postings at once
