Pak Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to inspire and educate students in early and primary years. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in early years and primary education and is skilled in creating an engaging, collaborative, and supportive classroom environment. This role focuses on delivering an effective curriculum and nurturing students' academic and social development without team management responsibilities. The Homeroom Teacher designs and implements lesson plans aligned with educational standards, helps develop students' foundational skills, and integrates educational technology to enhance learning experiences. The teacher works closely with students to promote cooperative learning strategies and ensures classroom management supports a positive and productive space for all learners.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans aligned with the curriculum to foster student learning and development.
- Create a well-organized and supportive classroom environment to encourage student participation and engagement.
- Utilize educational technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student interaction.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote a safe learning atmosphere.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse student needs and learning styles in early and primary years.
- Encourage cooperative and collaborative learning strategies to build teamwork and communication skills among students.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance, performance, and behavior reports.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest educational strategies and tools.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success.
