Pakistan Facilities Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor with at least five years of experience in supervising technical maintenance operations, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems. This role requires overseeing multiple branch locations across the city, ensuring that all technical maintenance activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise as well as excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse and sizable team. The Technical Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 100 personnel to deliver efficient and reliable maintenance services. The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage third-party risks, implement strategic sourcing strategies, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple locations remotely, and a proactive approach in resolving technical issues and improving maintenance processes.
Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and manage technical maintenance activities including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems across multiple branch locations throughout the city.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 100 technical personnel, ensuring performance meets company standards and objectives.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage procurement and execution of maintenance tasks while overseeing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and development to enhance skills and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among branches to maintain consistent service levels and operational efficiency.
Manage strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize maintenance costs while maintaining service quality and supplier relationships.
Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime and service interruptions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, team performance, vendor management, and risk mitigation to senior management.
Implement best practices in technical maintenance supervision to improve operational workflows and reduce risks across multiple sites.
