Job Description


  1. Responsible for scheduling all appointments and meetings.
  2. Prioritize and manage CEO’s schedule in an optimal manner.
  3. Sets standards for highest level of confidentiality.
  4. High quality administrative support to CEO's office.
  5. Drafting confidential memos and managing CEO correspondence within and outside the company.
  6. All travelling and hotel arrangements relating to CEO's domestic & international travel.
  7. Responsible for the protocol related duties of CEO visitors / Staff in accordance with established SOP’s /Procedures
  8. Centre of expertise responsibility for handling CEO’s giveaways and initiatives.
  9. Managing all official receptions/events, preparation and distribution of guests lists and miscellaneous tasks.
  10. Capable to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without any excuse.
  11. Ability to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the CEO in a highly professional manner
  12. Capable of handling multi-task with defined timing perimeters.
  13. Main focal contact of CEO.
  14. Responsible for attending visitors / staff and delegate the meeting on priority basis in scope of CEO schedule.
  15. File management system and document control.
  16. Business writing portfolio management.


  1. Meeting with the visitors, couriers, visa companies, hotels, travel agents and vendors.
  2. Act as centre for managing various critical priorities.
  3. External visa/hotels knowledge (international/domestic).
  4. Responsible to develop Business presentation.
  5. MS Office (Word, Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and to take telephone calls on behalf of the CEO.
