MS Excel Expert

Paklite Electrical Industries is seeking a skilled MS Excel Expert with a strong command of advanced spreadsheet techniques to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience working with Excel and is proficient in a wide range of functions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. This role focuses on managing complex data sets, designing efficient spreadsheets, and producing insightful reports to support business decision-making. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the expert is expected to collaborate effectively with different departments to provide accurate and timely data analysis.
Responsibilities
The MS Excel Expert is responsible for the development and maintenance of sophisticated Excel models and dashboards that aid in business analytics and reporting. This includes applying advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and array formulas to manipulate and analyze large datasets accurately. The role requires crafting dynamic pivot tables and performing detailed data analysis to highlight trends and generate actionable insights. The expert designs spreadsheets that enhance usability and maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, they create compelling charts and use conditional formatting techniques to visualize key data points effectively. Regularly reviewing and optimizing existing Excel tools and templates is also essential to improve workflow efficiency. The expert ensures compliance with data management standards and provides support and training to staff in Excel best practices when needed, helping to raise the overall Excel proficiency across the organization.
