This role requires a solid understanding of Distribution Setup, General Trade, and LMT Sale systems to ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Admin will manage a small team of one person, guiding daily tasks and supporting team productivity to meet business goals effectively. In this role, the Sales Admin acts as a key support function for the sales department by coordinating order processing and managing data integrity within sales systems. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate sales data clearly to internal stakeholders. By applying expertise in sales tools and distribution processes, the Sales Admin enhances overall sales performance and facilitates accurate decision-making across the organization. This position is integral to maintaining strong operational workflows and driving sales efficiency.
Responsibilities

Manage and execute timely order processing to ensure accurate sales transactions.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor performance trends and generate actionable insights.
Utilize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support data-driven decision making and track sales metrics.
Maintain and update distribution setups consistent with company and market requirements.
Apply knowledge of General Trade and LMT Sale systems to optimize sales processes and resolve issues.
Supervise and support a team member by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring completion of daily activities.
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline sales operations and enhance workflow efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies across all sales documentation and reporting.
Identify potential areas for process improvement within the sales administration function and implement solutions.
Respond promptly to internal queries regarding sales orders, distribution setups, and reporting tools.
