Senior Embroidery Digitizer

PandaPatches is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Embroidery Digitizer to join our creative team. This role focuses on designing high-quality patch embroidery creations, requiring a minimum of three years of professional experience in embroidery digitizing.

The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of embroidery techniques and patterns, combined with expertise in state-of-the-art digitizing software such as Wilcom Embroidery Studio and Tajima DGML by Pulse.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Strong experience in creating embroidery designs.
Good understanding of embroidery techniques, patterns & detailing
Ability to create original and production-ready embroidery designs
Advanced proficiency in professional digitizing software (Wilcom preferred,tools like Pulse / Melco /Design Shop).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize urgent orders, and meet tight daily production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
