- Coordinate daily school operations and maintain discipline among students and staff on campus.
- Utilize school management software to track attendance, manage records, and facilitate communication.
- Oversee staff performance, provide guidance, and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe and positive learning environment in line with the schools values and objectives.
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and community stakeholders to support student success and wellbeing.
- Coordinate and manage community-based educational projects and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain effective communication channels across the school community for seamless coordination.
- Manage logistical aspects of residing on campus, including overseeing daily routines and responding to any urgent issues.
