Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients with a clear and confident speaking manner.
- Write and send concise, professional outreach messages and emails in basic English.
- Maintain daily outreach targets by consistently following up with leads and nurturing potential client relationships.
- Use Google Workspace tools to organize outreach efforts, track progress, and report daily activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing accurate and timely information about lead status and client feedback.
- Learn and apply effective sales and lead generation techniques under supervision.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times with potential clients.
- Demonstrate reliability by adhering to a consistent work schedule and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in updating and managing the customer database to support organized outreach efforts.
- Continuously improve understanding of the company's products and services to better engage leads.
- Provide feedback to management on common client questions and challenges to improve outreach strategies.
