Vairt Inc., a fast-growing company focused on U.S. real estate and investment, is looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their marketing team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, onsite position requires working Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, manage paid acquisition channels, and drive measurable revenue growth. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 130,000 with no negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with the company’s sales and revenue objectives. Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Oversee the entire paid acquisition funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, sales-ready leads. Use key performance indicators like CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue contribution to optimize campaigns effectively.

Conduct ongoing A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, offers, funnels, and campaign structures to maximize results. Design and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to recover lost prospects and boost conversions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Content, Design, and Web teams to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

Work with relevant teams to build and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, lead forms, tracking systems, and overall conversion journeys. Ensure accurate setup and monitoring of analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters. Analyze campaign and funnel data regularly to identify performance gaps and opportunities for immediate improvement. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports covering spend, leads, qualified leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue impact.

Conduct research on competitors, market trends, audience behavior, advertising opportunities, and emerging acquisition channels. Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies and marketing regulations. Take full ownership of performance marketing targets, continuously improving campaign efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proven ability to manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, retargeting, attribution, and customer acquisition.

Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads rather than just traffic or impressions. Proficient in data-driven decision-making and campaign analysis. Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics. Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels. Strong knowledge of digital advertising in the U.S. market, preferably with exposure to real estate, investment, fintech, or proptech sectors. Excellent grasp of CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign economics. Strong communication, reporting, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Candidates with experience in high-value lead generation industries such as real estate, investment, fintech, or proptech will be highly preferred. The role requires onsite presence in Lahore and offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 130,000, which is non-negotiable. Applicants must be willing to work under these conditions. Ideally, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented marketing professional to take full ownership of performance marketing initiatives and contribute significantly to Vairt Inc.’s growth in the competitive U.S. real estate and investment market.
