Research & Development Manager

Pharmagen Limited is one of the largest Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing company in Pakistan. The company is now looking for Research & Development (R&D) manager, responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating all operations related to the growth of ongoing process related improvement and development. He must keep him up to date with current developments in API manufacturing for determining and executing improved technologies and provide cost effective solutions.

Job responsibilities include:

· Drive Product development from concept to final launch, including technical and process details by working with company’s business unit and document all development phases of R&D.

· Determine and execute improved technologies used by the international players and competitors and provide practical cost effective solutions for routine processes.

· Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment

· Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations

Skills

Knowledge of Engineering and Analytical Synthetic Organic CGMP Standards and Requirements
