We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Homeopathic Practitioner to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient consultations, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote holistic healing. This role involves regular patient follow-ups, clinical management, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals when necessary. The position requires hands-on work at our facility, ensuring attentive care and meticulous record-keeping to support patient progress and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Assessment: Conduct detailed and comprehensive interviews to gather information about patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms, lifestyle habits, and medical history. Perform holistic evaluations by assessing individual constitutional types to identify the root causes of illnesses rather than merely addressing isolated symptoms. Carry out routine physical examinations such as measuring blood pressure, checking pulse, and physical palpation as required.

Treatment Planning & Prescription: Analyze patient cases using homeopathic repertories and Materia Medica to select the most appropriate and highly individualized remedies. Determine the correct potency (e.g., 30C, 200C, 1M) and dosage frequency for each treatment. Provide lifestyle guidance including dietary recommendations, stress management techniques, and other adjustments that support the overall treatment plan.

Clinical Management & Follow-ups: Schedule and conduct regular follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and evaluate changes in symptoms. Adjust remedies and potencies based on ongoing assessments. Identify any red-flag symptoms or clinical emergencies that require conventional medical intervention and refer patients to appropriate specialists or hospitals. Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient medical files, treatment histories, and response patterns in digital or physical formats.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general outpatient department (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (preferred)
- Valid PHC Homeopathic Registration (preferred)
- NCH license (preferred)
- Acupuncture certification (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in outpatient clinical settings will be highly regarded. Professional licenses and certifications in homeopathy and acupuncture are advantageous, reflecting the candidate’s commitment to comprehensive patient care. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
