Graphic Designing / Video Editing Trainer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer to join our team at the Saggian branch of PNY Trainings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design principles, techniques, and software, as well as expertise in video editing software and workflows. As a Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging training sessions to equip our students with the skills and creativity needed to succeed in the field of multimedia design and production.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum covering graphic design principles, tools, and techniques, as well as video editing software and workflows.
Design and deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions, workshops, and projects to teach students the fundamentals of graphic design and video editing.
Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them develop their creative skills, technical proficiency, and artistic vision.
Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, tutorials, exercises, and resources to support student learning and skill development.
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design and video editing, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
Assess student progress and performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and critiques, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team and other trainers to review, refine, and update training content based on industry trends and feedback from students and employers.
Mentor and coach junior trainers and interns to support their professional development and ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and teamwork among students and faculty members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a graphic designer, video editor, or multimedia specialist, with expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles, preferably in a similar educational institution or creative agency.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and techniques in a clear and engaging manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver training programs effectively within a structured timeframe.
Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in graphic design and video editing.
Flexibility to work full-time hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week, in accordance with the company's schedule and requirements.
