Popular Pipes Group Of Companies is seeking a dedicated Junior Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PVC pipes and a strong foundation in Polymer Engineering. This role requires 2 to 3 years of professional experience and involves managing a small team of five members. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality standards of our PVC pipe products are consistently met and maintained, contributing to the overall success of the company. In this position, you will oversee quality control processes, implement quality assurance measures, and collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product excellence. You will be responsible for monitoring quality parameters, addressing any quality concerns, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Ensure all PVC pipe products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspection and testing of PVC pipes to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation in line with company standards.
Lead and manage a team of five quality control personnel, providing training, supervision, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to address quality issues and improve product quality.
Analyze quality control data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw material quality complies with requirements.
Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management for informed decision-making.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies in quality control activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control training programs for team members.
