Relation Manger

Power Solutions is seeking a dedicated Relation Manger with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate is skilled in Customer Relationship Management and understands the importance of addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Since this position does not involve managing a team, the focus remains on individual contribution to enhance customer experiences and support business growth. In this role, the Relation Manger will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience with Power Solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze customer data are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between Power Solutions and its clients to foster positive relationships.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints with professionalism.
Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, implementing strategies to improve both.

Prepare regular reports on client status and business impact for management review.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Power Solutions' offerings to effectively educate and support clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all customer interactions.
