This is a full-time on-site role in Islamabad for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for building information modeling, creating and updating models, developing construction drawings, and ensuring model accuracy. The BIM Modeler will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
Qualifications:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Architecture and Modeler skills
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge and experience
- Construction Drawings experience
- Experience with 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5 Years of Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
