Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Field Sales Officer to drive direct sales in various locations across Karachi. The ideal candidate directly engages with customers to promote and sell products, leveraging their interpersonal skills and sales knowledge. This role is full-time, requiring the use of a personal bike and a valid driving license to ensure quick and efficient travel between client locations. The Field Sales Officer works independently without managing a team but supports the overall sales objectives of the company through effective customer relationship management and accurate sales reporting. The position offers a fixed monthly salary with an additional incentive provided for each successful sale, fostering motivation and rewarding effective sales performance. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, making it imperative that the candidate is punctual, well-organized, and committed to reaching or exceeding sales targets consistently. An educational background equivalent to intermediate level is required along with proven abilities in sales forecasting and customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Visit assigned customer locations on a daily basis using a personal bike to present products and close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Accurately record and report sales activities, customer data, and market information in Salesforce or similar sales tracking systems.
Forecast sales trends based on customer feedback and market conditions to support inventory and sales planning.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and negotiating with potential customers.
Provide timely feedback and insights to the sales management team regarding competitor activities and market developments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while representing the company in the field.
Manage daily schedules and routes autonomously to maximize customer coverage and sales opportunities during working hours.
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns at the community level to enhance product visibility.
Submit clear and detailed sales reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
