This is a full-time remote role for a customer service officer at Prime Center Solutions.

The customer service officer will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via Calls. They will be trained to handle customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience with strong customer service orientation
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Calmness and excellent stress management skills
  • Comfortable dealing with upset or irate customers
