Principal AI Engineer

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an AI Engineer or in a similar role focused on artificial intelligence development.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
