Procurement & Commercial Officer - KSA

We are seeking a Procurement & Commercial Officer with 2 to 4 years of experience in the automotive spare parts industry to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, pricing, costing, and various commercial operations within the auto parts sector. This is a full-time position requiring hands-on involvement in both local and international sourcing, ensuring competitive pricing and efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure automotive spare parts from both local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supplier agreements to optimize cost efficiency.
- Manage pricing strategies, costing, quotations, and profitability analysis to support business goals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, price lists, and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to stay competitive.
- Assist with import costing, commercial documentation, and inventory planning to streamline processes.
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and stock reconciliation reports to maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Auto Parts Procurement and Commercial Operations is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of auto parts pricing, costing, margins, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP or accounting software systems.
