Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – PKR 80,000 per month

About the Role

Professional Careers Training & Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this individual contributor role, you will drive business growth by identifying qualified leads, building client relationships, and promoting our professional training programs in Accounting and Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential clients in the Accounting and Business Analyst sectors.
Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and online meetings to present products and services effectively.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and support overall business growth.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and sales reports within the CRM system.
Assist in sales strategy planning and development to optimize sales funnel management and pipeline progression.
Utilize sales analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and customer segmentation.
Maintain a professional and proactive approach to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team success.
