People Perfect is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of relevant accounting experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately while supporting day-to-day finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts to reflect all financial transactions accurately.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle tax compliance activities, including preparing and submitting sales tax and withholding tax returns, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and explanations.
- Utilize ERP systems to input, track, and manage financial data efficiently and accurately.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and the creation of financial models to assist decision-making.
- Monitor and review accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of improved accounting processes and controls to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
