- Responsible for greetings and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing emails, answering all calls and directing as needed, process check-in and check-out.
- Room & business center reservations, assistance in pre-registration, and cancelations as per policy.
- Duty Rosters/Shift Management.
- Overseeing Booking Portals & Departmental Logs.
- Ensuring that FDOs and Shift In charge observe Punctuality, Grooming Standards, Follow Communication (Spoken + Verbal) guidelines.
- Staff Training & Mock Tests
- Cash handling, posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, and currency exchange as/when necessary as per policies and procedures.
- Writes and initials the pass-on log book for daily shifts.
- Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights, as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
- Use suggestive selling techniques and promote other high-end services of the hotel.
- Coordinates requests for complaints and repair work.
- Complete command of all Safety and Emergency procedures; is aware of accident prevention policies/SOPs.
