Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Faisalabad to support and streamline sales operations within the company. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university and has 2 to 3 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sales data and reporting accurately. The Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination for sales activities, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Coordinator must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and have a working knowledge of SAP for sales and inventory management. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential for interpreting sales data and generating meaningful insights. Attention to detail and excellent coordination help maintain comprehensive sales databases and ensure smooth follow-ups with clients and internal teams. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders to optimize sales processes.
Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and process customer-wise sales orders accurately.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily sales orders.
Liaise with the sales team to resolve operational queries and support daily activities.
Maintain customer-wise ledgers and ensure accurate sales records.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Perform sales analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
Update and maintain the sales database with accuracy.
Assist the Zonal Operations Manager in managing day-to-day sales operations.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with sales databases and software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
