1.   Achieve full compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures in letter and spirit.

2.   Facilitate audits by engaging with auditors while achieving zero nonconformities and observations.

3.   Report non-conformities and observations (if any) to HRBP and follow instructions to settle them before compilation and submission of the audit report.

4.   Acquire Manpower Planning and upgraded Organograms from HR Business Partner at the start of every quarter.

5.   Perform recruitment activities only for planned and budgeted positions in organogram.

6.   Provide on-time required manpower.

7.   Do selection interviews for all positions.

8.   Manage the annual “Management Trainee Officer The program” as per policy and procedure of the organization.

9.   Assist in arranging for a warm welcome of newly hired employees on their first day.

10.Assist in giving them presentations to make them understand company history, mission, vision, culture, working environment, policies and relevant reporting structures.

11.Give them a round of the campus and pass on all petty useful information in their work-life at company premises.

12.Show them their workstation and equip them with all required tools to do the job.

13.Maintain proper records of all employees as per Employee Records Administration Policy of Organization.

14.Coordinate complete employee clearances procedure in case of employee separation/transfer.

15.Prepare and coordinate full & final settlements and their payments for all employee separations
