Project Manager & Upseller

KGT Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager & Upseller to join our team onsite in Karachi, Nazimabad No. 1. This full-time role involves managing client projects from start to finish while maintaining effective communication with international clients. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and will actively identify upselling opportunities to contribute to business growth. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 45,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases, ensuring successful and timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Handle Fiverr platform inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and manage orders efficiently.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional services to clients to enhance revenue.
- Monitor project timelines and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles.
- Proven experience working with Fiverr and managing international clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle clients professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
