Project Solution Architect - Finance & Controlling

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect specializing in Finance & Controlling (FICO) to join our teams in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad. This role will drive the architecture and delivery of SAP finance transformation projects, ensuring scalable and effective solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture for SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, functional consultants, Pre-Sales, and technical teams to define project scope and solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HCM, as well as external systems when necessary.
- Review solution designs to ensure compliance with SAP standards, governance, security, and implementation methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation within finance functions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and solution-related issues, offering appropriate recommendations.
- Mentor SAP consultants and contribute to enhancing the organization’s SAP delivery capabilities.
- Support presales activities, including solution proposals, effort estimation, and client presentations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP implementation with a strong focus on Finance and Controlling.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout projects.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end financial business processes.
- Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other functional modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification in Finance or S/4HANA is an advantage.
