Major Responsibilities:
· Provide 24x7 support to managed services Customer
· Level 2 trouble-shooting skills.
· Routing switching experience.
· Timely addition of sites in NMS, co-ordination and strong follow up with concerned teams
· Proper Assignment of trouble tickets to concern Field Coordinators.
· Maintenance of customer's network & POCs database
· To ensure SLA compliance for all MS customers.
· To ensure pro-active monitoring for all MS customers.
· Maintain close coordination with all WAN/network owners within PTCL for prioritized complaint resolution.
· Excellent MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio skills for reporting
· To follow-up and ensure timely resolution of any concerns without affecting service deliveries.
