Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for total administrative & HR work and coordination with departmental heads.
  • To Plan, develop, update, and implement different policies and procedures pertaining to the HR strategies of administration.
  • To develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling, and bridging management-employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
  • Responsible for a safe and healthy work environment for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safety work practices and improving safety performance.
  • To develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of admin, HR & compliance issues.
  • To monitor, evaluate and develop operation budgets relating to administration within the department, and expenditures for the entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
  • To monitor & supervise the overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
  • To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
  • To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt. /Private) agencies like CDA, IESCO, SNGPL, ANF, POLICE, EPA etc .
  • To coordinate with various outside agencies including government, local, and labor authorities to run the company smoothly.
  • To deal with external service vendors (transport, labor, etc).
  • To handle all recovery & legal cases
  • To supervise the movement of all goods into the factory, and from the factory to warehouses/customers.
  • To deal with Transportation issues and fleet management of company vehicles.
  • To handle and resolve labor issues/ complaints
  • To deal with DGP (Army) & World Food Program, regarding tender-related activities.
  • To plan and direct the hiring and training of new employees by completing all legal requirements.
  • To perform any other task assigned by the top management from time to time.
