PureLogics is looking for Data Scientist
- Interpret data, and analyze results using data processing and data analysis techniques.
- Work with historical data to identify hidden patterns and eliminate noise for improved forecast accuracy.
- Build and evaluate machine learning models using algorithms such as Arima, Holtwinters, Prophet, Sarima, STLF, and Theta, and find the right ensemble algorithms.
- Collaborate with a team to work in AWS Infrastructure and manage user onboarding, authorization, sandbox environment setup, data encryption, and security measures.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of multivariate A/B tests to identify factors that significantly impact conversion rates.
- Identify internal factors, such as text length, and external factors, such as user agents and time of day, that influence conversion rates.
- Utilize statistical techniques to uncover correlations between these factors and conversion rates.
- Test hypotheses based on data and evidence to support or refute them.
- Conceptualize new tests and experiments aimed at improving conversion rates.
- Utilize AWS services (e.g., EC2, Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, Step Functions, Sagemaker, QuickSight, and Athena.) for data analysis, data analytics, data modeling, and ML model deployment.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in writing data access layers, feature engineering, interpreting, processing, and storing the data.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for forecasting, such as Arima, Holtwinters, and Prophet.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques using NLP.
- Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, Step Functions, Sagemaker, QuickSight, and Athena.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
