This full-time position is based at the Rawalpindi office located on 6th Road, Murree Road. The role focuses on quality control by evaluating recorded calls against established standards. The candidate will also be responsible for data entry tasks to prepare reports based on these evaluations. Additional duties may be assigned by the institute as necessary. This position requires working night shifts, with hours scheduled from 5 pm to 2 am for female employees and 7 pm to 4 am for male employees. Attendance at the office during these hours is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate recorded calls in accordance with defined quality standards.
- Accurately perform data entry to generate detailed reports of call evaluations.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the institute.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all office-related information.
- Stay organized and focused to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education requirement is Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
- Ability to work night shifts as specified (5 pm to 2 am for females; 7 pm to 4 am for males).
- Basic computer skills with a good typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with data-related software.
- Strong command of English reading, writing, and comprehension.
- At least one year of experience in data entry or as a computer operator.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to commit to a one-year contract.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Prior experience in data entry roles is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
- Monthly salary ranges between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 36,000.
