Quality Inspector – Circular Knitting

Suntex Gloves Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector specializing in Circular Knitting Fabric to join their team in Faisalabad, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting knitted fabrics during and after production to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role requires identifying various fabric defects, maintaining accurate inspection records, and collaborating closely with production teams to resolve quality issues. Candidates with practical experience in circular knitting fabric inspection or textile quality control will be given preference. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect circular knitted fabric throughout the production process and upon completion.
- Detect defects such as holes, dropped stitches, uneven knitting, fabric marks, yarn flaws, and inconsistent fabric structure.
- Verify fabric quality against approved specifications and established quality standards.
- Identify defective fabric and promptly report issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with knitting operators and production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of fabric inspections, defect reports, and daily quality data.
- Assist in minimizing fabric rejection rates, reducing wastage, and preventing recurring defects.
- Ensure proper segregation and identification of accepted and rejected fabric batches.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Matriculation, Intermediate, or relevant textile-related qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Up to 3 years in fabric inspection or quality control, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in circular knitting fabric inspection.
- Solid understanding of knitted fabric defects and inspection methodologies.
- Ability to maintain accurate inspection documentation and effectively communicate quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
