Quantity Surveyor

IBRAYA Developers is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team for the Autograph Signature Suites project located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise building projects and possess excellent skills in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project documentation. This role requires hands-on involvement with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, as well as managing material quantities and variations on-site. The position is based on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and overall project costings.
- Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy in quantity assessments.
- Measure and manage material quantities, including tracking any variations during the construction process.
- Coordinate all project documentation and conduct site measurements to support project progress and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (any version) for reviewing and interpreting project drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, their quantities, and site measurement techniques.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage documentation and collaborate effectively with project teams.

Location and Compensation
The role is based at Autograph, Ring Road, Adjacent Block M, Phase 5 Extension, DHA, Lahore, Punjab. The position requires working in person on-site. The monthly salary offered ranges between Rs30,000 and Rs50,000.
