Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
- To perform as Data Hub of Pass Section.
- To maintain and issue Airport Entry Pass of all M-RAS employees.
- To maintain record of all RAS employees for AEPs.
- Processing of cases and documents for new inductions / employees for Airport Entry Passes.
- Preparing a variety of correspondence and documentation.
- Performing documentation task such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents
- Drafting letters and memos to staff members and customers, as directed by supervisor.
- Helping with marketing efforts by creating flyers and brochures promoting new products or services offered by the company.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Fresh Graduate.
- Skill in office management, admin, and operating of computer.
- To be able to work in an ISO certified company knowledgeably.
- Immediate support. Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
- Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated.
