URGENT HIRING – FEMALE MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Raintree Salon & Spa, a reputed aesthetic clinic located in DHA, Karachi, is seeking an experienced Female Medical Assistant / Machine Operator to join its professional team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in handling advanced aesthetic equipment including Laser, HydraFacial, and RF machines. This role demands a well-presented, confident professional with excellent communication and patient interaction skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards in clinical procedures while maintaining punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced and professional clinical environment. Managing a team of 20 persons, the Medical Assistant will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The Female Medical Assistant / Machine Operator supports the clinic's aesthetic procedures by expertly operating specialized machines and assisting in varied clinical treatments. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining clinical equipment, conducting patient assessments prior to procedures, and providing knowledgeable guidance to clients regarding treatments. This role involves monitoring patient comfort and safety before, during, and after the use of aesthetic devices. The candidate is expected to maintain accurate patient records and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Additionally, the Medical Assistant supervises a team of 20 staff members to uphold clinic standards and ensure efficient workflow. The candidate coordinates staff schedules, trains new employees on clinical procedures and machine operations, and fosters a collaborative team environment. Effective communication with patients and team members is essential to convey treatment plans and address any concerns. The Medical Assistant also participates in inventory management for clinical supplies and supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
