Accounts Officer

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily accounting records and document all financial transactions systematically.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment records to ensure proper billing and payment processes.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts accurately.
Assist in the monthly financial closing process, contributing to financial reporting and statements preparation.
Maintain organized and complete documentation of all accounting records for audit and review purposes.
Coordinate effectively with banks, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
Support audit preparation activities by compiling necessary information and documents.
Utilize ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks to manage accounting workflows and data.
Apply advanced Excel skills for budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis.
Supervise and provide guidance to a small team of two individuals, promoting accuracy and efficiency.
