Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant based in Lahore. This role is ideal for a non-managerial professional with at least two years of experience in the real estate sector. The position involves working closely with clients to provide expert property advice, managing leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting property presentations and viewings, performing market research, negotiating deals, handling documentation, coordinating transactions, and tracking the sales pipeline. The role requires a commitment to a morning shift schedule and includes travel as part of the job. The salary range offered is PKR 50,000 to 100,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert property advisory services to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Generate and manage leads to build a robust client base.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct property presentations and organize viewings to showcase available listings.
- Perform thorough market research to stay updated on current trends and property values.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Coordinate the entire transaction process to ensure smooth and timely closings.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate consulting or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel as required for property visits and client meetings.
