Responsibilities

Contact customers promptly and professionally regarding overdue payment accounts.
Negotiate realistic and manageable payment plans by understanding customer circumstances.
Consistently follow up with customers until full payment resolution is achieved.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of customer interactions and case notes.
Handle all customer conversations with professionalism, patience, and respect.
Achieve or exceed assigned recovery and performance targets within set timeframes.
