We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recovery Manager to lead payment recovery operations for a prestigious 5-star luxury hospitality real estate project. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collections, reducing outstanding receivables, and supporting the financial stability of the project. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, oversee recovery processes, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain effective communication and efficient collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client follow-ups, payment reminders, and installment recoveries to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Handle all legal documentation including stamp papers, affidavits, property transfer documents, and termination notices.
- Maintain accurate daily records using ERP systems, ledgers, and physical files to track recovery activities.
- Lead and supervise the recovery team, reconcile data with the Finance department, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Monitor recovery performance on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, submitting detailed reports to management for review.
- Negotiate payment plans with defaulting customers while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Relations teams to ensure smooth communication and enhance client satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement improvements in recovery policies and ERP processes to increase collection efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounts, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in debt recovery within Accounting and Finance. Experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Property Management sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Practical knowledge of legal paperwork, including stamp papers, affidavits, termination notices, and property transfer contracts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience specifically in Real Estate or Property Management debt recovery is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs. 100,000 per month.
- Position based in Islamabad, with work primarily conducted on the road, requiring flexibility and mobility.
