Responsibilities

Create and schedule targeted posts on behalf of painting contractor clients within local U.S. Facebook groups to generate leads.
Monitor and adhere strictly to each Facebook groups rules, policies, and guidelines to avoid penalties or post removals.
Track and analyze the performance of posts including engagement metrics, lead generation success, and reach to refine posting strategies.
Coordinate content creation ideas that resonate with local communities and align with client marketing objectives.
Maintain consistent and active presence within assigned Facebook groups to build trust and rapport with community members.
Collaborate with Painter Marketing Pros marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign goals and branding.
Identify new Facebook groups and online community opportunities suitable for client promotion and lead generation.
Report regularly on social media activities, successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on Facebook platform changes, emerging social media trends, and local marketing practices relevant to painting contractors.
Maintain data accuracy and documentation related to posting schedules, lead counts, and policy compliance.
