You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate supply plans for a regional portfolio spanning a 0 to 24-month horizon. Collaborating closely with teams across markets, manufacturing sites, and demand planners, you will ensure a balanced approach to supply, capacity, and inventory management. This role emphasizes practical problem-solving, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SKU-level supply plans covering 0–24 months that align with market demands while minimizing stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent excess stock and write-offs.
- Generate and distribute regional KPI reports and supply performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct scenario modeling and capacity checks to inform and support planning decisions.
- Facilitate change management activities related to portfolio adjustments, new product introductions, and packaging changes.
- Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective action initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, site scheduling, demand planning, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as macros and pivot tables.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with ERP or planning systems; knowledge of SAP APO or SAP ECC is advantageous.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer health, or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with scenario modeling, RCCP (rough cut capacity planning), or capacity planning techniques.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
- Exposure to change control processes and system data governance within planning functions.
