Regional Supply Chain Planner - Contractual

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate supply plans for a regional portfolio over a 0–24 month horizon. This role requires collaboration with teams across markets, manufacturing sites, and demand planners to effectively balance supply, capacity, and inventory. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SKU-level supply plans spanning 0–24 months that align with market demands and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent excess stock and write-offs.
- Generate and distribute regional KPI reports and supply performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct scenario modeling and capacity checks to support informed planning decisions.
- Support change initiatives related to portfolio transitions, new product introductions, and packaging changes.
- Investigate supply issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective actions to resolve them.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, site scheduling, demand planning, or similar roles.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems; knowledge of SAP APO or SAP ECC is advantageous.
- Background in FMCG, consumer health, or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel functions (macros, pivot tables), or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with scenario modeling, rough cut capacity planning (RCCP), or capacity planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
- Exposure to change control processes and system data governance in planning contexts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Skills in customer focus, data integrity, data visualization, digital fluency, and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, inventory management, lean management, master data management (MDM), and materials requirements planning (MRP).
- Experience with new product introduction (NPI), risk awareness, sales and operations planning (S&OP), strategic alignment, and overall supply chain operations.
