Position: Regional HR Associate – Asia

ABOUT RI:
Summary:
The Regional HR Associate will work with Regional HR Manager and Officer to strengthen the administrative and clerical support to all Asia expats.
This includes leave management, recruitment, OnBoarding and orientation, Performance management follows up and staff relation assistance to staff.
Essential Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Under the overall supervision of the Regional HR Officer, the Regional HR Associate shall be responsible for the following:
Human Resources Systems and Management
Recruitment and staffing
HR Administration
Capacity building and staff development
Performance Management — RI Excel
Compensation and Benefits

Expected results:
With initiative and judgment produces organized, accurate and well-documented records with well analyzed data and addresses unforeseen situations seeking advice and guidance from supervisor, as necessary.
Skills and Competencies required
Education: At least Bachelor degree in Human Resources/ Social Sciences.
Experience: at least 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in NGO, INGO and Development sector projects.
Knowledge: Experience utilizing computers, Microsoft application packages, spreadsheet and other HR standard software packages and systems. General knowledge of INGO HR policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication English
