Tower 25 is seeking a versatile and highly skilled Mid-Level WordPress Web Designer & Developer to lead the design, development, and technical management of multiple digital platforms. This role demands a professional who can blend creative design with strong technical expertise to build, host, maintain, and secure several websites simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, a solid understanding of SEO best practices, and experience in server-side administration to ensure optimal site performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
Design & UI/UX Strategy:
Develop and maintain brand identity elements including logos, color schemes, and high-quality visual assets to ensure consistent branding across platforms. Create wireframes and prototypes based on UI/UX principles, delivering responsive designs that function seamlessly on both mobile and desktop devices. Optimize images and media assets to guarantee fast loading times without compromising visual quality.
Full-Stack Development & Optimization:
Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins primarily using WordPress and Elementor. Perform comprehensive SEO optimizations to improve search engine rankings and overall website performance. Write clean, efficient code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, troubleshoot complex bugs, and manage API integrations to enhance functionality.
Hosting & Security Administration:
Manage domain settings, DNS configurations, and hosting environments to ensure smooth operation. Conduct website migrations and optimize server performance for reliability and speed. Implement robust data security measures, oversee regular backups, monitor uptime, and promptly address broken links and technical issues to maintain continuous website stability.
Collaboration & Training:
Document workflows and troubleshooting procedures thoroughly. Work closely with marketing and content teams to align technical efforts with business goals. Provide training to clients and internal staff on WordPress management, empowering teams to handle routine updates and site maintenance independently.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in WordPress, Elementor, and web hosting environments.
- Proven experience in SEO optimization techniques to enhance site visibility and ranking.
- Strong track record of managing and securing multiple websites with attention to detail and accountability.
- Technical versatility to handle both high-level design tasks and backend network administration.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in WordPress hosting, domain troubleshooting, CMS management, and Elementor usage.
- Proficient English communication skills.
