We are currently looking for a dedicated Software QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of manual testing at the feature level, including designing and executing test cases for new user stories and bug fixes. Proactively identify defects early in the development cycle to maintain system stability and support long-term maintenance. Use critical thinking to develop comprehensive test cases that cover both typical and edge scenarios. Conduct functional, exploratory, and API testing using tools such as Postman. Participate in QA validation during deployment windows and lead initial triage efforts when incidents arise. Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and product owners to clarify testing requirements and understand business cases. Contribute to documentation, regression test coverage, and continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. Mentor junior QA engineers by offering guidance and constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related diploma in QA Testing. At least three years of experience in manual testing within agile development environments. Strong skills in designing well-structured test cases that consider edge cases. Basic to intermediate proficiency in API testing. Familiarity with modern test case management tools and debugging techniques, including log analysis and developer console use. Solid understanding of testing systems integrated with AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), AI integrations, and third-party APIs. Experience supporting deployment testing and conducting post-release validation. Proven ability to take accountability in incident-related QA support and recovery. A proactive mindset focused on quality and test ownership. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers. Ability to balance rapid delivery with thorough test coverage and communicate testing needs clearly. Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices. Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and process enhancement.
