Senior Architectural Designer

We're seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in supporting our projects from concept design to construction documents, working alongside architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
Create high-quality architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, landscapes) using multiple software.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and design skills with the ability to develop and implement a design concept from preliminary studies through to construction documentation and detailing.
Assist with 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations.
Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.
Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a successful architectural Designer.
Strong understanding of design principles both interior and exterior, space planning, and color theory.
Outstanding knowledge of 3D modeling in rhinoceros plus grasshopper.
Proficiency in design software (3Ds MAX, Revit, cinema 4D, blender).
Knowledge of rendering software such as Unreal engine and D5
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
